The Speech Enabled Auto Attendant has an easy to use GUI that makes the installation and configuration of the system simple enough for virtually anyone. Each configuration parameter has a complete description beside it to help you enter the correct settings for your needs.
The Speech Enabled Auto Attendant uses a voice dictionary to associate names and extention numbers. Names can be maintained via the console or over the phone in real time, without stopping the system.
