List Price

The SpeechSwitch Speech Enabled Auto Attendant is sold as a turnkey solution, or software bundled with any required voiceboard or as a software only solution. Pricing for each system type varies therefore you should contact a SpeechSwitch Account Executive to provide you with a dealer price schedule.

Training

SpeechSwitch offers a full spectrum of training options and recommends but does not require some installation training. Most training is conducted in our training facility in Matawan NJ. Other on-site group training can also be arranged and scheduled.

Is there a charge for training?

Individual or group training seminars for up to 8 individuals in our Matawan facility can be arranged free of charge for authorized dealers. On-site training for up to 8 individuals can be scheduled for $375 per day plus out of pocket travel costs.

How is pre-sales support provided? What are the hours of operation?

SpeechSwitch encourages prospective customers to contact a SpeechSwitch account executive to discuss any technical aspects and connectivity issues that you may have. Our office hours are 9am. to 6pm EST Monday through Friday. After hours support is also available.

What sales kits or other sales support do you provide? How do I obtain a copy?

SpeechSwitch has sales support materials including product information cards and news reprints for its Speech Enabled Auto Attendant as well as a full range of product brochures for other SpeechSwitch Speech Enabled Products, Copies can be obtained by contacting a SpeechSwitch account excutive, at 732-441-7700 or by visiting our website at www.SpeechSwitch.com

What user marketing programs do you provide/conduct? Will there be co-marketing opportunities with VAR's?

SpeechSwitch occasionally conducts online webinars to familiarize our authorized reseller base with new product features and enhancements as well as to provide sales techniques

How is post sale support provided?

SpeechSwitch offers standard support M-F, 9:00 am EST to 6:00 pm EST as well as 24/7 emergency support.

How do you manage software upgrades?

SpeechSwitch will ship any software upgrades to all authorized dealers at no cost. Software modifications and new customized features will incur development fees. Upgrades may also be downloaded from SpeechSwitch's ftp site.

What is your software or hardware warranty?

SpeechSwitch's proprietary software is warranted not to fail to execute its programming instructions due to defects in materials and workmanship. SpeechSwitch warrants that the Software and/or Hardware sold by the Company will be free from defective materials and faulty workmanship for a period of one year (1) from the date of delivery.

How do you communicate new updates and information to your customers or VAR's?

Updates and customer information are disseminated through email notices, website updates and occasionally with direct contact from a SpeechSwitch representative by phone.

What configuration support do you provide? Is it part of Pre Sales Support?

Configuration support is generally provided through pre sales support via a SpeechSwitch Account Executive.

Is your product customizable? If so, how could a VAR or Systems Integrator customize your product?

The Speech Enabled Auto Attendant uses a customized dictionary of names and extension numbers that enables callers to contact their party. The Speech Enabled Auto Attendant provides a graphical user interface to add, delete, and edit names in the dictionary that seamlessly adds new users.
